SAP was looking for a way to increase customer participation in their annual awards competition, with the goal of making the program feel relatable, aspirational, and easy to join. Rather than relying on a traditional promotional video, we proposed a story-driven concept designed to connect with their core audience.

To bring this to life, we blended real footage captured at the awards ceremony with a scripted narrative featuring a professional actress portraying a typical customer. This approach allowed us to showcase the prestige of the event in an authentic, everyday perspective that viewers could see themselves in.

Production took place at SAP headquarters, which we transformed into a fully staged retail environment to support the storyline. By combining cinematic storytelling, real-world event footage, and a carefully designed set, we delivered a compelling campaign that clearly communicated the value of participation and motivated customers to engage.
